We offer a 2 year SAQA accredited ECD level 4 NQF course.

Training takes place on Saturdays and in school holidays at

Noah’s Ark Pre- Primary School.

This enables students to get work and to support their families.

Students work through 11 study units. They also work on

2 fundamental units of maths and language.

They have assignments to work on and they keep portfolios of evidence.

Practical teaching will also be assessed

Our course is facilitated by The Teachers Learning Centre in Johannesburg.

It is assessed by them and externally moderated.

On completion of the course, if found to be competent, students will be SETA registered on the national framework.

We have gained reduced fees through The Love Trust at Christ Church Midrand.

Students pay R300 per month, otherwise they will not gain their qualification.

Regular attendance is essential, otherwise students will be declared    

non-competent and will have to re-do units in another year.

          

          The course Facilitator/Trainer is Mrs Felicity Champkins.

She has been a SANTS trainer for 10 years.

Asifunde Sonke comes under the NGO/NPO Vukuzakhe Projects.
